No Holiday Stress: we ship with multiple carriers

We're working on timely delivery for all orders despite the current Canada Post Labour Disruptions. We'll work to find the best solution for you.

Our Shipping Department may reach out to provide options or you can contact us to ask any questions.

For customers who use PO Boxes, we will hold your order until such time as it can be shipped.

Timing
  • Digital orders or portions of your order that are Digital are available for Download after payment processing; another copy is sent by email.
  • Non-Digital orders are filled the next business day from our office in Kingston, Canada.
  • Imported Hand painted plaques take approximately 10 to 12 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipping Methods
  • We offer Free Shipping within North America on any order over $85.00
  • We use UPS whenever possible if you provide a street address for delivery.
  • UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO or U.S. Possessions. For these locations, we ship by USPS.
  • Digital orders or portions of your Order that are digital have no shipping fees as they are delivered to you by email and/or download
Rush Delivery
  • This premium service is above the base shipping and handling charges.
  • Rush Deliveries are shipped by UPS wherever possible. UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO or U.S. Possessions - for these locations, we ship by USPS.
  • Overnight delivery is not available to APO, FPO or U.S. Possessions.
  • Every attempt is made to deliver your order within the time frame selected.
Packaging
  • 8.5" x 11" and 11" x 17" printed products are packed in flat mailing envelopes and shipped in sealed plastic pouches.
  • Apparel products are packed and shipped in plastic pouches.
  • Framed products are boxed.
  • Shipping and handling costs are calculated at different rates for products of different weights. For paper products, this is generally: $10.00 for the first item, and $4.00 for each additional item.
  • Environmentally friendly loose bio-fill foam and boxes made of recycled material wherever possible.
